6 miles tonight. All the way from RunnersWorld to our Tuesday night
meeting place and back. That is the most I have done on a weeknight
since I started running a year and a half ago. Had to walk more than I
had hoped but I was tired and it was another scorcher out there. Was
pleased with my finish time though. Ran some with Marvin, Ken and
Roman. Thanks guys. Couldn't keep up with Ed or the Bean Team.
They looked a little drained at the 3 mile turnaround but kept on
chuggin along. Great job guys and gals.
Anyone figure out the cost of the kidnappers clothes? I think I did but
no confirmation yet. If I remember right my guess was 137.50.
Top 70.00, hood 12.50, sunglasses 27.00, gloves 28.00, hanging out
with running buddies - priceless.
Tomorrow a rest day (except for work) to get ready for a 10 mile
Saturday run.
